Google updating Backlinks

It was reported here on August 24th that Google was updating Backlinks on these two datacenters: 64.233.187.104 and 64.233.187.99.
But for some reason the backlinks has not been updated on the majority of their datacenters.
Neil Patel states some possible reasons for this:

What’s wrong with Alexa Traffic Ranking?

A few bloggers let me know recently that their Alexa Traffic Ranking has been the same for about a month now.
Today I found that my ranking had improved from 73,409 to 57,708

Low Rankings for Problogger.net ?

When I first joined blogtopsites, Problogger.net used to Rank 1 or 2 most of the time. But recently I noticed it go down to Rank 5. It seems sites such as Fosfor.se, Blogiseverything.com, Quickonlinetips.com and Ghacks.net are pushing Problogger.net into lower rankings day by day.
