Google updating Backlinks

It was reported here on August 24th that Google was updating Backlinks on these two datacenters: 64.233.187.104 and 64.233.187.99.

But for some reason the backlinks has not been updated on the majority of their datacenters.

Neil Patel states some possible reasons for this:

Google is trying a last minute tweak to their algorithm and they want to test it out on a few datacenters before rolling it out to the rest
A problem occurred when they updated those two datacenters
The update “accidentally” happened so they decided to halt it for now

Currently I have 190 backlinks to www.johntp.com and 59 to http://johntp.com as Google is considering both as different domains. I hope my backlinks are corrected this time
