Outlinking has given me readers and many backlinks later. So I completely agree with this point.
I just found this suberb forum called TechSpot, an Indian Technology Forum. It has discussions on several topics such as hardware, software, internet, games, reviews, web designing,movies,etc.
My technology news blog got PR 4 yesterday. I also noticed that this site had a PR4 for some time.
Also, this time Google has changed the way they rank sites. Google no more gives much importance to backlinks 
So what do you think? Is Google really updating PageRank?
