I’m not sure if there is any code for Top commentator in Blogger, I used only the recent comments for blogger. You can do a search in Google.

@Steve: DoFollow is great, but it leaves your blog a little more open to people commenting just to get the backlink. Link Love is a great little plugin that only removes the “nofollow” tag after a commenter leaves a defined amount of posts (default is 10, I have mine set at 5.) This way you can be more assured the commenters aren’t taking advantage of your kindness.
