I’m giving them until the end of the month, then I’m giving up for good – I’ve already started to remove the banners. All I’ve got left is the RPU unit, my Shoplinc search and deeplinks, and one small eminimall.

Page loading times seem fine from my end, I guess it depends on the time of the day.

I’ve not had much luck with Chitika eMiniMalls on the two sites of mine that I tried them on (not blogs)

They’d be great if I was blogging about electronics (cameras for example), but that’s not really my area…

John Chow is cleverly discussing (some might say raving) the Canon C3 (I think it’s 3 posts in a row now) and linking to the camera via Chitika eMiniMalls…

(How do you manually add the quotes btw? - I turned quoter off as it was adding 10 queries to page, which was too high for a feature few users used) I think I know how Ajay's module works, and I'm starting to wonder if using UTW is a good idea if you have a generic blog. e.g. your tags for this page are 'chitika eminimalls, plugin, wordpress' - adding those words to chitika wouldn't improve CTR. I think what I'm going to do is create unique category pages for my site, and add target words for that category. So, for my Internet News page I'll put generic words in the category chitika ad, but in my Mp3 page I'll put mp3 keywords in that chitika ad. You really should get theshoplinc module that I wrote. Here's what it does: - adds a new section to your dashboard - gives a section where you can add a new keyword you want it to find on your site e.g. 'iPod' - for that keyword you set a keyword you want your shoplinc store to look for e.g 'ipod' or 'mp3 player' or 'apple' etc - the module then finds all instances of 'ipod' in your posts, even old posts, and automatically adds a link from the words it finds to your shoplinc store where the store shows the products it finds - Any new posts where you use the word 'ipod' will automatically be hyperlinked. If a word appears more than once on a page, you can set how many will be linked (I've set mine to one) To see a good example look at this page where you can see that HDTV, VoIP, WiFi, Digital Camera, Xbox, iPod, PSP have all been setup as keywords. You can see I haven't done PS3, DVR, PVR, Smartphone yet - but I will do these now as I forgot them. It will take me 1 minute. The alinks plugin also supports creating links to Amazon, gada.com. It also allows you to create deep links to your own blog. E.g search for 'ID3' on my blog and you'll see that it has automatically linked all my posts together that mention ID3. It also allow you to add automatic external keywords. e.g search for 'JohnTP'. I've just added this (took 2 secs) and now everytime I write 'JohnTP' in a post it will automatically link to you - you can thank me later! This has got to be my longest ever comment, but I really want to spread the word about my module.
