New Design
After a few days of work, I managed to finish designing the new theme and made it compatible in IE 6 this time. I have optimized it for AdSense and tried to make the theme fast loading too.
I removed a few unnecessary images and also disabled Gravatars plugin as I noticed that most of the commenters did not have a Gravatar, and so it was just making the page load slow.
If you still see the old theme, please clear your browsers cache. And please do report any bugs you may come across. I would also love to hear your suggestions on the new theme 
Update: I tried to reduce the number of links on the sidebar by limiting the links of Related Entries, Latest Entries, Most Popular, etc to 5 links each. Also, ‘Top Commentators of the Month’ has now been changed to ‘Top 5 Commenters’. So keep commenting to maintain your FREE Site Wide Link on JohnTP.com

Hello John really nice Design, better as the one you had before.
I also like your idea of blending the adsense links but your blog loading is very very slow, has it to do with the script u r using or why is the loading of this side so slow. I have a fast connection really.

Infact, I have not experienced this much speed for a long time. Do you still find this blog loading slowly?
btw, what did you blog about my site? I could not understand it as it is in another language.

I blogged that I find it very cool with the lines and also with the hover effects it is like when u hover over the dots that the mouse will be attracted by the adsense links, also I blogged that u have been one month ago the number one at blogtopsites and darren was the second and now u r number five behind him, and I wrote that u will be the number one again, won’t you?
So it is a very cool and courageous thing with your blending out the adsense links.
Because of nobody can see which link he will click.
I also have written that I think that not everyone has scripts enabled in their browsers.
And also that the pageload is so slow because of the scripts which must be load.
I only can see the scripts on Opera (linux), have tried it with mozilla and IE 6 no chance also on windows system nothing has been loaded, what must I install to see it with all other browsers.
I thought u r using javascript for this effect, but now I think it also could be flash, which script you r using for this?
Also sorry won’t be unfriendly by saying that I think that your pageload is too slow.
Congrats to your design it is looking very professional, everything looks perfect.
I also like your side and the post u r writing, the best I have found there was in my opinion the link to seth godins side with the 53 tips how to become more traffic on your side.
And now I recognised that the pages are loading fine!
What have u changed?

Yes, Darren used to rank lower than me in blogtopsites, but now I rank lower.
What’s so cool and courageous about blending an AdSense Ad unit? Everyone does it!
Which effect are you talking about? I don’t use Flash on this site.

Look nice.
But would be better if you make the right sidebar move to left side. Make the size equal to your logo size. It will be much better.
