Full or Partial Feeds?

ADVERTISEMENTS

For a few days now, I have been thinking of switching to partial feeds. But I would like to know your opinion.

I will be switching to partial feeds within a week. If you prefer full feeds, please let me know by commenting here. Thanks for your support.

My general preference is to always go with full feeds – you never know why people need them. For example, I am currently in a deployed environment and our network has ‘Websense’ installed. It filters out 90% of my daily reads. But, if I use Netvibes (http://www.netvibes.com/) and their feed reader I can stay on top of all of my favorite blogs.

If it’s a monetary issue think about adding some ads into your feeds – there are various companies offering that ability and they tend to perform fairly well.

Yeah, as Michael said…put ads in feeds…since you arent using adsense so need not worry about the scarcity of adsense for feeds.

I had full feeds but that was decreasing my adsense income…moreover as stated above adsense for feeds is not available to all so I switched to partial feeds.

Ads on feeds is a good idea…but does Adbrite allow that?
